Thank you: St. Francis Thrift Shop

Sandalwood Community Food Pantry gives thanks to St. Francis Thrift Shop for their continued support with a generous grant, received at their reception on June 6th, that will allow us to continue our mission to serve the poorest of poor and bring hope to those who stopped believing hope was possible. The St. Francis Thrift Shop is a model outreach ministry that benefits the community as they live out what it means to be a good neighbor. Over the years they provide clothing and household items at no cost to so many of our Sandalwood Food Pantry clients in need. Also, every child that visits our Pantry is gifted with a toy or stuffed animal thanks to their year round generosity. They share in our belief that people, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; but never ever thrown out. We give thanks for their desire to share the bounty and so much more as they bless us with the many gifts of time, talent and financial support. A genuine friend and partner with God and our Sandalwood Community Food Pantry. Please shop, donate or volunteer and then come visit us at our Pantry, web or face-book. One of our greatest joys is in making new friends!
