Letter: Adversity reveals the real Trump

When the health care legislation imploded, House Speaker Paul Ryan “manned up” and took responsibility. President Trump, not accepting what Harry Truman most famously said — “The Buck Stops Here” — blamed everyone but himself, throwing Ryan under bus in the process.

The aphorism “Adversity doesn’t build character, it reveals it” applies.
