Letter: Growing Okatie needs road help

It was a surprise to see the new Burger King now opened in Okatie. Businesses would certainly be helped if travelers on S.C. 170 near the Commerce Place area had some lighting for entrances to the several food and other business establishments.

I saw the Burger King as I drove past it trying to locate the entrance to Jersey Mike’s.

A reminder to motorists of the reduced speed in the Commerce Place area of S.C. 170 would also help.
