Letter: Actually, it’s a ‘sour milk’ lobby
Leave it to lawmakers and the “milk lobby” to want to redefine milk. Milk is also defined as the juice of a coconut composed of liquid endosperm, or the contents of an unripe kernel of grain. So much for the milk of human kindness. Tell the “sour milk” lobby to get over it. It’s not called a leap of fact.
