Letter: Pitts shows why Democrats lost
Columnist Leonard Pitts Jr. calls the presidential election results “mourning in America.” Seriously?
Pitts exemplifies the very reason 60-plus million people voted against Hillary Clinton. The political-entertainment-media elites have condemned the beliefs of half this country for decades and continue to this day to drive a wedge between sections of our population.
Pitts and his ilk are instigators of riots and lawlessness. His opinion piece supports the refusal to accept the results of this election ... how ironic that his candidate, days prior, had told the country that Donald Trump’s possible questioning of the election results would be a threat to our democracy.
The thought-police of America — Leonard Pitts and his ilk — have been given a proper thrashing.
