Letter: This just in: Hillary is not Mother Teresa

With the election so close, I was reviewing the information provided by our vigilant media about the two presidential candidates.

It seems the Republicans have nominated a man who, by their frequent accounts, is a racist, bigot, homophone, xenophobe and every other phobia known to mankind. On the other side, the Democrats have nominated Mother Teresa as their candidate. We are blessed as a nation to have such concerned media in our corner to help guide us through the qualifications of candidates.

Per every major media outlet, only a bunch of rubes and miscreants would fail to acknowledge and appreciate the stellar qualities of the woman who would be our first female president. It’s not like she stood by and watched brave Americans die in a foreign embassy. Or charged enormous sums of money to foreign interests just to meet with her as Secretary of State. Or couldn’t recall, countless times while under oath, how she compromised national security with her homemade email account. Or amassed of fortune through a foundation established under the guise of being a charitable organization. Or has been involved in scandalous behavior since her days as first lady of Arkansas.

The media of today is corrupt in every way imaginable and derelict in its duty to provide Americans with the truth. Instead, we get nothing but opinion when we once used to get facts. Politics has always been corrupt, and it has been enabled by a feckless media.
