Letter: It’s now or never
The jig is up. It’s true. The upcoming election is different from any other we’ve ever experienced. How is it different? I’ll tell you.
At previous elections we assumed that whoever got elected, our lives lives wouldn’t be affected too much, and that there would be an another election in a few years. We’d still go to work every day, raise our families, enjoy holidays, mow the lawn, take car trips, etc.
However, this election is quite different, a fact that both major political parties are not telling us, but apparently, some of us have gotten wise about. Ask yourself how a non-politician beat out 16 seasoned politicians in the Republican primary. It’s because most of the Republican voters realized that the Republican Party is in cahoots with the Democratic Party, and that these professional “career” politicians would keep their “golden apple” jobs no matter which party won. The parties took turns. Ford (R), Carter (D), Reagan and Bush (R), Clinton (D), Bush (R), Obama (D).
So, what are our choices? Hillary? More of Obama? She’s been in politics all her life (and somehow has become a millionaire). Not voting, or voting for a couple of third-party guys who don’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell? These choices will certainly siphon votes away from Trump, thereby guaranteeing a Hillary victory. Donald Trump, a non-politician who says he loves America, the Constitution, closed borders, free enterprise, job creation, and more? No contest. It’s now or never, people.
