Letter: Store there when needed most

I’d like to recognize Publix on Palmetto Bay Road for its outstanding customer service. It opened its doors the day after the hurricane hit and was a much-needed lifeline, providing necessities and, best of all, complimentary coffee every morning. The trip to Publix was the highlight of my otherwise powerless day.

Thank you Publix for being there when we needed you most.
