Hilton Head Island plantation leaders were concerned about “safety” issues in letting people back on the island too early. What “safety” issues?
We sat in a motel room in Macon, Ga., for six days with two dogs. Please explain what these “safety” issues are.
We were without power and water for two weeks after Hurricane Andrew in Miami in 1992. We moved to Hilton Head Plantation last November. I don’t want any official telling me that it is not “safe” to return to my home.
