Thank you: Long Cove grant

Volunteers in Medicine of Hilton Head Island thanks Long Cove Club’s Charitable Advisory Committee for awarding a grant directed toward VIM’s successful and ongoing Preventive Health and Wellness Program. The funding will specifically address the increase in lab costs associated with the program, better enabling us to guide our patients from an acute disease treatment model of care to a prevention and maintenance model.

Long Cove Community’s collective commitment to the health and well-being of the lives of our less fortunate neighbors is exceptional. On behalf of VIM and the patients that we serve, I thank Long Cove for your faithful support of VIM HHI and for being a part of VIM’s Circle of Caring.
