Letter: A few questions about resort

Although the proposed Bay Point resort will not affect us as we are in Beaufort, I will ask three questions that I have not seen addressed:

How does one get access to the island?

What are the plans to transport someone who is very ill and needs emergency care?

What are the plans to evacuate in a hurricane? Looks like it is sitting in the middle of nowhere.

Just a few questions but rather important to folks who go there.
