Letter: Fight for environment
A big “amen” to Robert Sheehan’s letter, “Protect the bees.” We are in danger of losing our beloved honeybees forever. Our environment is so dependent on them.
To lose more than 2 million honeybees in our state is terrifying. As one beekeeper commented after the deaths, if she had known of the mosquito-spraying action that would be taken, she would have fought very hard to prevent it.
Wake up, America. Our environment can’t afford these heavy duty chemicals such as Naled. We need to fight for the preservation of our world.
