Tropical Storm Cindy: ‘... Cindy should pass well to the northeast of the northernmost Leeward Islands’

On Sunday at 5 am, the National Hurricane Center issued an advisory stating that Tropical Storm Cindy is 435 miles east-northeast of the Lesser Antilles, with maximum sustained wind of 60 mph. It’s moving 17 mph to the northwest.
"... Cindy should pass well to the northeast of the northernmost Leeward Islands." meteorologists observed. "Weakening is forecast over the next several days, and Cindy could degenerate into a trough of low pressure by Tuesday or Wednesday."
