Hurricane Matthew closes Beaufort County parks and rec facilities indefinitely

All Beaufort County Parks and Leisure Services facilities are closed until further notice due to community recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew.

Registration for Parks and Leisure Services sports may be done online until Oct. 24 without penalty, according to a Beaufort County news release.

Late fees will apply beginning Oct. 25 and the final registration deadline is Oct. 31.
