SC House District 122 runoff to be held June 28

Incumbent S.C. Rep Bill Bowers will face challenger Shedron Williams June 28 in the Democratic primary runoff election for the S.C. House District 122 seat.

Beaufort County will only have two precincts involved in the runoff: Sheldon 1 and Sheldon 2, according to a news release from the Beaufort County Board of Elections.

The polls will open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the Booker T. Washington Community Center, 182 Booker T. Washington Circle, Yemassee.

Voters will be asked to provide one of the following photo IDs at the polling place:

▪ SC Driver’s License

▪ ID Card issued by SC Department of Motor Vehicles

▪ SC Voter Registration Card with Photo

▪ Federal Military ID

▪ US Passport
