Systems tests to prepare for presidential primaries Feb. 5, Feb. 12

The optical scan ballot test will be held Feb. 5 at 10 a.m. and the electronic voting machines preparation test will be held Feb. 12 at 10 a.m., the release said. The tests will be conducted at the Board of Voter Registration and Elections office on John Galt Road in Beaufort.

The Republican presidential primary will be held Feb. 20, and the Democratic primary Feb. 27.
