U.S. Rep. Mark Sanford receives award from Club for Growth

U.S. Rep. Mark Sanford recently received the Defender of Economic Freedom Award from the Club for Growth, according to a news release from the congressman’s office.

The award indicates that Sanford “ranked in the top four percent for all members of Congress in the Club’s assessment of votes to advance market principles and limited government,” the release said.
