Yale fellow to speak about Iraq at World Affairs Council of Hilton Head meeting
Emma Sky, director of Yale World Fellows and a senior fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute, will address the World Affairs Council of Hilton Head at 10 a.m. Friday at the First Presbyterian Church, 540 William Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head.
Sky’s speech is called “High Hopes and Missed Opportunities in Iraq.”
She will discuss her experience as military political adviser and offer additional reflections on recent events in that country as well as an assessment of how the lessons learned from our experience there may apply in the future, according to a council release.
Coffee will be served beginning at 9 a.m.
