State Sen. Tom Davis to speak at Beaufort County Republican Party event

S.C. Sen. Tom Davis is scheduled to speak at an upcoming meeting of the Beaufort County Republican Party.

The event is set for 5:30 p.m. May 18 at the Hampton Inn, 29 William Pope Drive, Bluffton, according to a party news release.

Davis is expected to speak about legislative issues such as gas taxes. He will also provide a preview of next year’s legislative session, the release said.

The meeting is open to the public.
