A Day Without Immigrants highlights a Lowcountry divide
Immigrants across the United States - including those here in the Lowcountry - planned to skip work and school Thursday as a response to President Donald Trump’s plans for a border wall and to deport millions of undocumented immigrants as well as to spotlight their own economic impact.
