Lowcountry has mixed feelings on Gov. Nikki Haley trading South Carolina for the United Nations

As news spread Wednesday morning of S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley’s appointment by President-elect Donald Trump to UN ambassador, readers of The Island Packet & Beaufort Gazette were quick to offer their thumbs up and thumbs down on the move, as well as their thoughts on Haley as governor.
