Pop-Tarts brings back fan-favorite flavor not seen in years — plus new pastries
A fan-favorite Pop-Tart is making a comeback after it’s been off the shelves for years, plus there are new breakfast pastries with a twist.
Customers will be able to get frosted chocolate chip cookie dough Pop-Tarts again starting in November nationwide, Kellanova, the company that owns Pop-Tarts, said in an Oct. 14 news release.
The popular flavor went on a “three-year hiatus,” the company said.
But that’s not the only news.
Also starting in November, customers can try new Pop-Tarts Protein in three different flavors: strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon and blueberry.
The new pastries are packed with 10 grams of protein per serving “while staying true to the Pop-Tarts flavor fans crave,” the company said.
