A new queso is hitting the Chili’s menu and some people can try it for free.

The Southwestern queso will be available at Chili’s Grill & Bar nationwide starting Tuesday, Oct. 7, the restaurant chain said in an Oct. 2 news release.

My Chili’s members can try the cheesy dish with a side of chips for free from Oct. 7 to Oct. 21. There’s a limit of one dish per member.

The new queso is made with American and cheddar cheeses, fire-roasted green chilies, sweet onions and lime.

Southwestern queso replaces the skillet beef and white skillet quesos, the restaurant chain said.

Customers can also try the new queso paired with other dishes, like on the new chicken bacon ranch nachos or as a side with Chili’s sizzlin’ fajitas.

Guests can sign up to be a My Chili’s member online.
