Subway is bringing back its Fresh Fit menu with four new “protein-packed” sandwiches.
Customers can order from the menu Sept. 17 nationwide, the fast-food restaurant said in a news release.
With four meats to choose from, each 6-inch sub has fewer than 500 calories, at least 20 grams of protein and a full-serving size of vegetables, according to the sandwich chain.
Here are the four new sandwiches on the Fresh Fit menu:
- Grilled chicken and avocado — 35 grams of protein: Grilled chicken, avocado, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and Subway Baja Chipotle Sauce.
- Ham and turkey stacker — 20 grams of protein: Oven-roasted turkey, black forest ham, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and yellow mustard.
- Seasoned steak and avocado — 35 grams of protein: Steak, avocado, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes and red onions.
- Turkey and ranch delite — 26 grams of protein: Oven-roasted turkey, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, red onions and peppercorn ranch.
