Ever dream of living below the surface of the earth? If you happen to be a prepper waiting for the apocalypse, sure you do! And now just the place is available to purchase in York, Nebraska.
This particular missile silo has graced the market before — but never in this fashion.
The now newly revamped one-bedroom, one-bathroom silo-turned-residence listed a year ago for $550,000 and was void of all the zest it presently has.
“Andrew Flair bought it as a doomsday bunker,” listing agent Mike Figueroa told Realtor.com. “He did extensive work to the property.”
Flair is a YouTube influencer who has become popular thanks to his show “Fishing With Flair.”
Upgrades that were added to the home — which is now listed for $750,000 — include:

There also seems to be a room with water that almost looks swimmable (but don’t take our word for it, that’s just judging by the floaty chilling in the water below the ladder).
“At first we thought it would be survivalists and preppers who would be interested in it, but now we are seeing people interested in it as a specialty property,” Figueroa said to Realtor.
“Potential buyers have said they are interested in using it as a rental property, outdoor storage facility, campsite, or to just have as a novelty. There has also been interest from movie sets to underground data storage. We have even had some people say they might offer diving training here, as the property sits on 140 feet of groundwater.”
Figueroa holds the listing with his wife, Polly.
York is about 105 miles southwest of Omaha.
