Crash on U.S. 278 in Bluffton blocked traffic Wednesday morning at Hampton Parkway
A crash Wednesday morning at Hampton Parkway and U.S. 278 resulted in a traffic backup and lane closure in Bluffton, according got a Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office alert.
The crash took place shortly before 8:30 a.m. at the Bluffton intersection and was blocking an eastbound lane on U.S. 278, police said in the alert. The two-car crash had cleared as of 9:12 a.m., according to Maj. Bob Bromage from the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office. There were no injuries reported.
