Drivers can expect lane closures on a section of I-95 later this week. Here’s why

Construction will cause lane closures on I-95 North from Ridgeland to Coosawhatchie later this week, according to a Blythe Construction news release.

The construction will be from Exit 22 to Exit 33.

Work is planned to take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.

The project will be completed in the three-day time frame if weather and machinery permit. Motorists are encouraged to use caution when driving through the work zone.
