Traffic flowing again on U.S. 278 on the north end of Hilton Head after morning crash
Traffic cameras show traffic was backed up coming off the north end of Hilton Head Island on U.S. 278 as of 7:31 a.m.
People on Waze reported a car accident on William Hilton Parkway near Jenkins Road around 7:20 a.m.
Google Maps showed traffic was congested in the westbound lanes of U.S. 278.
At 7:49 a.m., Google Maps showed traffic flowing again.
