Pickup apparently flips along U.S. 278 near Tanger outlets in Bluffton
A pickup landed on its side in the median of U.S. 278 near Hilton Head National Drive and Tanger Outlets 2 in Bluffton on Friday morning.
Emergency responders were on the scene about 9:50 a.m., according to the Beaufort County traffic cameras.
No injuries have been reported.
No lanes appeared to be blocked.
