Here’s why drivers might be delayed getting off Hilton Head tomorrow on westbound US 278
Drivers traveling on westbound U.S. 278 near Moss Creek should expect delays Tuesday morning because of a lane closure.
One lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon by the S.C. Department of Transportation, according to a Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office news release.
The closure is to accommodate tree trimming, the release said.
