Hilton Head Island paving project to close lanes on Dillon Road through Friday

An asphalt paving project on Hilton Head Island will result in lane closures along Dillon Road through Friday afternoon.

Paving work will be conducted daily between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. from William Hilton Parkway to Beach City Road, according to a news release from contractor Lane Construction Corporation.

Traffic control devices and signage will be present along Dillon Road and motorists are asked to use caution when driving through the work zone, the release said.
