SC 170 roadwork in Bluffton to close lanes through Sunday

Roadwork along a section of S.C. 170 in Bluffton will cause lane closures until Sunday afternoon.

The work, which starts today, is set to close the eastbound right lane of S.C. 170 between the Lawton Boulevard and the Bluffton Parkway intersection, according to a news release from contractor Lane Construction Co.

The daily closures will take place between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Drivers are advised to use caution when driving through the work zone, the release said.
