Bluffton recruiting students for youth service program

The Town of Bluffton is recruiting students to participate in the Mayor’s Youth Community Service Award Program for the coming school year.

The program was created last year as a way to encourage and acknowledge the contributions of Bluffton’s students who are active in their communities, according to a town news release.

This award program will formally recognize high school sophomores and juniors who volunteer at least 50 hours during the school year.

For information about the program, call Kim Chapman at 843-706-4505.
