Bluffton GOP group to honor students headed to military academies

The Greater Bluffton Republican Club plans to honor three students graduating from local high schools and heading to military academies.

Vincent Angelino, a Bluffton High School senior, and Drew Robinson, who will soon graduate from Hilton Head Christian Academy, will attend the U.S. Naval Academy.

Marc Viljac, a Hilton Head Christian Academy senior, will attend the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

These students will be presented with the group’s first annual Young Patriot Award at a meeting scheduled for 5 p.m. June 6 at Rose Hill Golf Club, Clubhouse Drive, Bluffton.

The meeting is open to the public.
