CARE to hold meeting on Beaufort County School District sales tax proposal

Citizens Advocating Responsible Education, or CARE, is holding the third event in the group’s listening tour at 6:30 p.m. on March 30 at Caddy’s at Rose Hill Clubhouse, 4 Clubhouse Dr., Bluffton.

The events are meant “to get the ‘pulse of the public’ on the (Beaufort County School District’s) proposed 1 percent school building sales tax increase,” according to a release from CARE.
