Frances Toomer

Frances R. Toomer, of Hardeeville, died Tuesday, May 24, 2016, in Seattle.

Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Stiney’s Funeral Home.

A celebration of life is at 11 a.m. Saturday at Greater Pentecostal Church in Levy.

Burial will be at Pelot Cemetery in Hardeeville.
