Francis Rice

Francis Clay Rice, 82, of Dataw Island and husband of Bruce Rice, died Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Graveside services are at noon Friday in Beaufort National Cemetery with Navy honors.
