Rebecca Parker Cohen, 75, of the Saxonville community of St. Helena Island and wife of Isaac Frank Cohen Sr., died Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at her residence.Wake services are from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Chisholm Galloway Home for Funerals. Funeral services are at noon Monday at Darrah Hall at Penn Center with burial following in Frogmore Cemetery.
