Joe Jenkins Sr.

Bishop Joe Nathan Jenkins Sr., 89, of the Orange Grove Community of St. Helena Island and widower of Mary Johnson Jenkins, died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015, at his residence.A wake service will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Scott New Church of Christ on St. Helena Island.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Burton New Church of Christ. Burial will be in the Beaufort National Cemetery with Military Honors.Arrangements by Chisholm Galloway Home for Funerals.
