Lula Allen

Lula Porter Allen, 91, a native of St. Helena Island, died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017, at Citadel Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in New York.

A funeral service is at 10 a.m. Monday at Unity Funeral Chapels in New York City, with burial in Calverton National Cemetery in New York.
