Helen Chaplin Mills, 75, a native of Beaufort, died Thursday, April 27, 2017, in New York.

Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Allen Funeral Home in Beaufort.

Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at Scott New Church of Christ on St. Helena Island.
