C. Richard Moulton, 91, of Bluffton died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016 at Veterans’ Victory House in Walterboro.

A celebration of life is being planned for early spring.

Donations may be made to Veterans’ Victory House, Patriot Hospice, or any veteran organization of choice.
