Anitra Monique Daise Horton, 39, a St. Helena Island native, wife of Deiron Horton and daughter of Alva Jean Miller Daise of St. Helena and the late Nathaniel “Teddy” Daise, died Monday, Dec. 5, 2016, in Washington, D.C.
