Alan Rowland Jr.

P. Alan Rowland Jr., 78, of Seabrook and husband of Dorothy Ann Rowland, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, at Copeland Funeral Service. A prayer service will follow at 6:30 p.m.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016, at St. Peters Catholic Church, Lady’s Island. Burial with military honors will follow at 1 p.m. at Beaufort National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peters Catholic School, St. Peters Catholic Church or Our Lady’s Pantry, 70 Lady’s Island Drive, Lady’s Island, S.C., 29907, or to Franciscan Center of St. Helena, P.O. Box 682, St. Helena Island, S.C., 29920.
