George Smalls

George “Freeze” Smalls, 53, of Barstow, Calif., husband of DeJon Pearl Simmons and son of Christine Simmons Smalls of the Eddings Point community of St. Helena Island, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, in Loma Linda Veterans Administration Hospital.
