Heather Ruggles

Heather B. Ruggles, 28, of Beaufort and mother of Sophia Grace Ruggles-Parrish, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, in St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System in Savannah.

Visitation is from noon until funeral services at 1 p.m. Thursday at Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial follows in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
