Roy D. Ulmer, 67, of Hardeeville died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016.

Public viewing is from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Stiney's Funeral Home.

A celebration of life is at 11 a.m. Thursday at the St. Stephens AME Church. Burial will be in the State Cemetery.
