Vanessa Smalls

Vanessa Grant Smalls, 53, of the Oaks community of St. Helena Island, wife of Robert Smalls, and daughter of Willie Mae Gregory Grant and the late James Grant, died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016, at her residence.
