Interested in a career in law enforcement? Check out the Sheriff’s Office’s explorer program
Those interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement are invited to participate in the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office’s Explorer Program.
The program is for those between the ages of 14 and 21, according to a Sheriff’s Office release.
The Explorer Post meets bi-weekly on Tuesdays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and provides opportunities such as ride alongs with patrol officers, education and hands-on training for those interested in law enforcement.
