Police say elderly woman shot outside Savannah Mall
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police are investigating a shooting that took place outside of the Savannah Mall Friday morning.
SCMPD wrote on their Facebook page that a woman has been transported to an area hospital with a gunshot wound after being found at outside the Savannah Mall near the Texas Roadhouse parking lot around 10 a.m. Friday.
According to SCMPD’s Twitter account, police are looking for a black Lexus that fled the scene. SCMPD described the woman as elderly on Twitter.
